How do I order?

Once you have finished selecting and wish to purchase send us an e-mail with all required information and we will send you an invoice. Payment can be made securely through PayPal

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local customers may wish to collect goods. E-mail us to make arrangement.

 

Does Li-Anna Creations accept returns?

Li-Anna Creations accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery via Australia Post.

We accept returns only if item is faulty. Item must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving order   un-used. Item must be complete and include all original packaging. All return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

Do your candles come in different colours?

Yes, here at Li-Anna Creations we custom make all candles. You pick the colour and fragrance.
