What if I spill my soy candle? Is it easy to clean up?

If you happen to spill your candle you should let wax harden, scrap it off gently then clean up area with very warm soapy water.

Where should I burn my candle?

Always burn you candle on a steady heat proof surface. Keep out of any drafts.

Why is there wax left on the side of the container?

Tunnelling is the term we use for a candle that has not achieved a full melt pool causing this effect.

Tunnelling usually occurs when the candle is placed in an area with a  draft, or the candle has been blown out before a full 2-3 hour burn. Always allow your candle to burn for minimum 2-3 hours.

Can I recycle and re-use my container?

Of course you can re-use your container. That’s the beauty of soy wax. Just wash container with very warm soapy water and you can either return it to us for re-filling or just use it around the home.
